Robert Klotz (Ghost CEO & Team Developer)
Rob is a business developer, land developer, and market developer. Raised in Denver, CO., Rob started his first real estate transaction on his 19th birthday. Within a decade, he had amassed substantial property holdings and found himself ‘coaching’ land developers and property managers on how to systematize their businesses so they could better service him as a client. Word started to spread about his abilities to simplify what had been challenging processes and his services were now in high demand by real estate professionals as well as ancillary services to that market. From banks and mortgage companies through to construction firms and architects, clients sought him out to offer one-on-one advice on how to build sustainable business models.
His areas of expertise include:
Strategic Sales Development (prospecting to closing)
Business Development and Systems
Strategic Planning and Organizational/Team Development
Practice Development (in the banking and financial services industry)
Business Planning
Gap Analysis and Financial System Review
Rob has worked with Richard Ellis Real Estate, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank, Commonwealth Bank (Australia), and various other financial institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
