What we aren’t
The Ghost CEOTM program is not a business model that is focused on ‘feel good’ coaching where clients are praised just because they are clients. Our model focuses on measurable results, not patting clients on the back just to make them feel good. We are not a cheesy sales system that tries to trap clients into contracts. We do not work with clients just for the money. We are judged by the company we keep. If we work with clients that aren’t prepared to do the work and thus fail, we fail. We choose our clients as carefully as they choose us.
This coaching model is for coaches that have a passion for supporting people, have a proven expertise in business, are committed to both teaching and learning, and are goal focused. When our clients perform better, we have performed better. If our clients were to fail, we would have failed. We are swim instructors, not lifeguards. We work with clients who want to swim; we release clients who want someone to do the work for them.
