The Women’s Leadership Program was developed after working with over 3,000 women across North America. Although technically sound in their careers, most women haven’t had the opportunity to objectively look at her career and how to influence its development.
This 1/2 day session brings to light the three fundamentals for any professional woman looking to advance her career:
- Having a clear big picture and plan for their career.
- Understanding how to increase professional value (reputation, quality of contacts, and unique skills & expertise) throughout their career.
- Building a powerful business network that produces clients, opportunities, and support.
When participants leave the room, they will have at their disposal, some of the most powerful planning tools known to the industry. These tools will be relevant now and throughout their careers.
Professional Development + Group Aptmosphere = Success
This training program is based on both individual work as well as group work. We suggest that groups are situated at tables of 6, 8, or 10. Adult learning works best when it has an experiential component and this program is filled with it. Everyone will have a chance to share experiences, put forth their points of view, and learn from each other. Having peer support is an important fundamental to any leadership program and this program is no different. Participants will leave this session looking strategically at their career, their professional network, and how they can increase their professional value for the company they work for and the clients they work with.
