Our clientele is our most powerful business development tool and when they are successful, our name comes up in the conversation. With our larger clients, although we partake in women’s leadership initiatives, we are also called upon to work with staff. This can be anywhere from senior levels of management right down to new hires looking to excel in their careers. In some instances, the company hires us to do this work; in others the client themselves make the investment. Either way, although we talk about what corporate clients we work with, we do not give details in order to protect their privacy.
