1. No ongoing contract. We believe that clients stay with a coach as long as they are receiving a measurable benefit from the relationship. Other programs try to lock clients in for 6-12 months. We believe that each month both client and coach should decide if the work is to continue.
2. We guarantee results. If clients don’t get results, they don’t have to pay.
3. We have a proven track record with clients. Our success rate is second to none.
4. We are all proven in business. Many coaching programs are inventoried with ‘coaches’ who didn’t like their jobs and instead decided to help others. We are all proven in the field of business, have real world experience, an are involved in business projects outside of our coaching practices. Some of us do business, some are writers, others professional speakers, and still more run other investments and interests. We believe you can only offer true value as an advisor if you know the current temperature of business outside of your coaching practice.

We do have some male clients and we do corporate training to mixed groups but a focus of all of our training is to offer everyone an even footing to succeed in business.
6. We walk the walk. We don’t ask clients to do anything we aren’t prepared to do ourselves. This is why it is so important for us to be involved in continuous business development. Clients watch to see what you are doing. We are not a group that rests on its haunches. When asked, we can illustrate points rather than simply sharing the ‘theory’ of a business strategy.
7. We distill business into useable tools. Clients leave sessions with plans and the ‘know how’ on how to implement those plans. From one-on-one coaching through to the training of hundreds in a room, all of our information has been developed to be put into action.
