The Ghost CEO Business Coaching Model
The Ghost CEO coaching program is a world-class business coaching and training program targeting entrepreneurs, working professionals, companies and organizations. Coaches work one-on-one, with teams, and in front of audiences. It was developed and is owned by Flett Ventures Inc. Clients range from business start ups through to senior levels of management in Fortune 500 companies. Coaches bring their business knowledge and marry it with our program’s proven business development and management tools, to deliver an outcome for clients regardless of their size, industry, or experience.
Coaches work with their one-on-one coaching clients one or more times throughout the month. Coaches work with clients in setting goals, developing measurements for those goals, developing corresponding strategies, and keeping the client accountable to the outcome. It is up to the coach to keep the client on track, adjust strategies if the client isn’t able to perform required tasks, and to look ahead at potential pitfalls the client might face and support them in avoiding these pitfalls.
The area of business coaching is growing as a market each and every year. Regrettably, most of the business coaching models are personal coaching models that ‘act’ as if they are business focussed, but lack the experience and know how to deliver relevant content to the client.
