We require all of our coaches to have substantial business experience both as entrepreneurs and in employed situations, understand adult facilitation, have had measurable success professionally, and committed to offering world class service as a coach. In order to be considered to join our team globally, you need to have extensive experience in business. Our clients expect the best and that’s what we give them. Send an overview of your qualifications, details on your existing coaching/training/speaking practice and why you think you would be a great addition to our team. As well, please give details on the types of clients that you think you best fit with and share some of your personal achievements with clients. In a model like the Ghost CEO, it is all about measurements so please give us quantitative as well as qualitative achievements. Everyone in our model is active in business development so please outline your abilities in this area as we believe that in order to work with clients in business development, we must lead by example.
